Editing and Filming
During today's lesson myself and Simon edited our footage to create our music video. We have decided to film tomorrow as we have thought of some new ideas for our music video, in order to make our video better.

Filming
Yesturday, me and my media partner Simon went out and filmed in a forest. We used the dull effect of the sky to match the sadness of the song as the weather was windy, and the sky was grey at parts. We also experimented with camera angles, where we through leaves over the camera to give an autumn/ winter effect. The natural elements of the sky, leaves and slow temp of our song are shown in our filming footage.

Editing
During today's lesson we are editing the filming from southend. This included footage of the pier, the sky, and the view looking down on southend town. My and my media partner Simon also used a cokin neutral density filter , by using this the image of our filming was created darker and more intense as the lens has a darker filter than the actual day footage, This will match the feeling of sadness in our music video.

Filming Animals
In our music video we are going to be filming animals such as Rabbits as this idea matches to the theme of our song. To ensure that the animals are not distressed we will only be filming them for a short amount of time, about 5 minutes use of footage.
Weather Forecast
This saturday myself and Simon are going to South-end to film. Here is the weather forecast. We are going to be filming different ideas including props of candy-floss, the setting of the beach, and a sun-set if possible. If it rains we may film that as well.
We will be filming between 12:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon for an overcast weather affect. This will match the calm mood of our song.
